Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

From time to time, CoChew may offer selected products for pre-order. Any applicable pre-order terms, estimated availability dates and payment requirements will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page.

Pre-orders may be cancelled before the order has been fulfilled or dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, our standard Returns & Refund Policy will apply.

CoChew does not currently offer subscription or “try before you buy” purchases. If these services are introduced in the future, the applicable cancellation terms will be provided before purchase.
